The very prestigious Fulbright program offers summer institutes in the UK for students who have completed no more than two years of university study (so, current freshmen and sophomores). These programs are between 3-5 weeks long, and are fully paid for, including tuition, lodging, airfare, and meals.
From the Fulbright website:
“Participants in these programmes will get the opportunity to experience an exciting academic programme at a highly regarded UK University, explore the culture, heritage and history of the UK and develop their academic ability by improving presentation, research and communication skills.”
This is a GREAT opportunity for students interested in studying abroad. There are no major requirements, though one institute focuses on drama, while another focuses on art and design.
The deadline is March 16
